Transition consultation: Developed a transition plan for a mortgage broker to move the company from its current state of performance to the next level of efficiency and growth, including recommendations for corporate and management reorganizations, job descriptions for key managers and three year operating and growth budgets. Participated in the management recruiting process and advised on candidate selection.
Specialized skills and project management: Supported the managers of a home health care company in the oversight and quality control testing of the conversion and implementation project and developed comments and recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiencies.
